These are the terms of using Amble. They're short. By installing or using the app, you agree to them.
Amble suggests walking routes and tracks the walks you take. It's a tool to help you find a nice walk. It is not a navigation system, not a safety device, and not a substitute for paying attention to where you are.
Walking routes that Amble suggests are computed from public OpenStreetMap data, which is mapped by volunteers and is not guaranteed to be accurate or up-to-date. Streets, paths, and crossings change. Amble does its best to prefer safe, walkable paths, but:
You take responsibility for your own walk.

You can't:
The walks, photos, and ratings you create in Amble are yours. We don't claim any ownership or licence over them. You can export them at any time via GPX export or by deleting the app (which removes our local copy and, when sign-in is enabled, our cloud copy too within 30 days).
Amble is provided without warranty of any kind. We don't promise that:
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we're not liable for any harm, injury, or loss from using the app, including but not limited to: getting lost, getting hurt while walking, missing an appointment because a route estimate was off, or losing your saved walks due to a phone problem.
These terms can change. If they change in a way that affects you, the next time you open the app you'll see a brief notice. Continued use after that counts as accepting the new terms.
You can stop using Amble at any time by deleting it from your phone. If you want us to wipe any cloud-stored data we hold (when sign-in is enabled), email support@amble.fit and we'll do it within 30 days.
If something's wrong, email support@amble.fit. We'll respond within a few working days.
If we can't sort it out, this agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any unresolved dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
